UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate, creative UI / UX expert that will join our client' s outstanding product management team and lead projects related to our client’ s new platform as part of the Product group.

You will lead user-centered design thinking in the company to create wire-frames and design our product’ s user interface. Rapid prototyping and design is needed to support near-term Agile development cycles as well as longer term strategic planning. You will own development of creative work involving design for web interfaces as well as mobile and desktop applications. You will be working with multiple interfaces such as Product Managers, Developers and Marketing.

  • Design thinking - Applying scenario-driven storytelling and prototyping methods to assist teams in refining their approach to define solutions for our business and for our customers
  • Customer experience strategy - Providing key leadership and advice to all tech initiatives where interaction design is a key requirement for success. You will also create and enforce product interaction and design standards for each of the products.
  • User-centered approach – Facilitating the growth into the next generation of interactive design for Contact at Once! by leading all aspects of user-centered design for the projects you work
  • Research -Conducting and analyzing user research, as well as usability testing initiatives, and leveraging insights to help product owners
  • Collaboration - In partnership with your team, you will be collaborating with our product, development, sales, support, professional services, marketing and creative teams to streamline and optimize the customer experience at every customer touch-point

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in project-based user experience design activities
  • Familiarity with practicing UX in an Agile development environment is an advantage
  • Expert in using rapid prototyping tools such as Axure (preferred) and Visio
  • Expert in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Examples of highly detailed wireframes and designs
  • Experience in conducting user research, observations and interviews
  • A strong functional understanding and a deeper technical expertise is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills - with the ability to document and communicate design solutions and research findings in a compelling, non-technical way
  • Excellent understanding of business requirements, visionary with the ability to translate vision and requirements into wireframes
  • Basic programming skills: CSS, Html5 is an advantage
